A semelhança entre os interesses/direitos essencialmente coletivos e o litisconsórcio unitário, na medida em que ambos correspondem a situações jurídicas plurissubjetivas de natureza unitária, permite que ao primeiro instituto seja direcionada a luz que foi lançada sobre a etiologia do segundo pela genialidade do Prof. Barbosa Moreira, buscando melhor compreensão das situações jurídicas que se enquadram, na terminologia do parágrafo único do art. 81 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor, como interesses/direitos indivisíveis.

The similarity between the essentially collective interests/rights and the unitary litigation consortium, inasmuch as both correspond to unitary multi-subjective legal situations, allows the first institute to receive the light that was shed on the etiology of the second by the genius Professor Barbosa Moreira, seeking a better understanding of the legal situations that fit, in the terminology of the sole paragraph of art. 81 of the Consumer Protection Code, as indivisible interests/rights.
